- Please email info@buffalobrewcoffee.com and provide them with your order information to receive a prepaid shipping label. Once we have received your item(s) we will refund your payment.

- Please email info@buffalobrewcoffee.com and provide them with your order information as well as the item you would like to exchange for. They will then send you a prepaid shipping label (if applicable) and check to ensure the product you would like to exchange for is still available.

To return items in the store, you must provide your original receipt within 30 days of the original purchase.

- Please return the item in the store. If it is not possible to bring the item to the store, shipping will be paid by the customer to send the item back. Please contact us prior to shipping it back to let us know it is being returned.
